Sleep

Please make sure you are getting enough sleep. Your sleeping habits affect everything else. We as humans need 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night in order to function properly. Getting adequate, good quality sleep can prevent brain fog, improve your mood, and help your body recharge and recover! This is why stress, late night scrolling and other poor sleep habits are so detrimental. It is important to make room for at least 7 horus of sleep as often as possible.

Hyiene

We must keep our bodies clean, healthy, and free from illness. Daily habits like showering, brushing your teeth, and washing your hands help prevent bacteria and infections. It is also important to keep your environment clean and try your best to stay safe. Taking care of your body is a way of showing yourself respect and care every single day. You can avoid developing any diseases or injuries by simply tidying up yourself and your surroubdings

Good sleep and hygiene can be accomplished through routines and habits. You might even create a soothing nighttime routine for better sleep and an overall healthier lifestyle. Try to disconnect from screens at least 30 minutes before bed. Take a shower and brush your teeth. You can even incporporate a skin-care or hair-care routine to augment your healthy habits. Establish a wind-down routine that signals to your body that it’s time to rest. This could involve reading a book or meditating. Good rest and cleanliness help us feel comfortable and healthy.
